Delivery Options

In the U.S., our goal is get the product in your hands on the same day. We do ship product internationally for special orders; contact orders@fireowls.com to place the order.

We offer warehouse pick-up, same day courier delivery and same-day shipping.

Same-Day Pick Up at Will-Call

Orders must be received by the order cutoff time for the warehouse location. We have a strict policy and will only release products if the following conditions are met:

•The individual picking up the order must provide a government ID

•Prior to picking up, the pick-up individual must email operations@fireowls.com and receive an email back with a Pick-Up Code. The Code must be presented at the warehouse for the product to be released.

Same-Day Courier Delivery

We offer Same-Day Courier Delivery to any address within 75 miles of our warehouses. Delivery charges will apply. The delivery driver will only deliver and release the product to a company's corporate address and the employee whose name is on the order. The employee must email operations@fireowls.com and receive a 4-digit code in order to receive the product from the delivery driver, who will require the 4-digit code.

We only sell Manufacturer-authorized products direct from factory. We can only offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase upon approval by FireOwls and the Manufacturer. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind. All products must be unopened and sealed in the original box. To return, please request an RMA number by emailing returns@fireowls.com for all returns/exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
