•All bedding, towels, comforters and pillows can usually ship within 24-48 hours and be on your bed in a few days. If items are not in stock our team will reach out to you with delivery dates.

•All furniture orders over $1000 ship free!

•All furniture orders under $1000 have a white glove delivery fee of $395-$495.

•Hydeline sofas ship white glove with a four week lead time

All bedding, towels and down products ship free, all the time!

•Unless specified, all orders will ship UPS or Fedex Ground.

•You may upgrade the speed of your order with next day or 2nd day delivery.

•All additional shipping charges will be determined.

•Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is NOT free and shipping cost will be billed prior to shipment.

All Furniture and delicate items:

Small items may ship via UPS or Fedex and will leave our factory within 24-48 of placing an order.

All other furniture ships via a 3rd party carrier and tracking will be provided. Items usually arrive within ten business days.

All Villa and House orders ship with white glove delivery. In stock orders usually ship within a week and then you will be contacted by our team to setup white glove delivery.

Fabrics and wallpaper

Fabrics and wallpaper that ship from the USA have a lead time of 7-10 business days.

Fabrics and wallpaper that ship from the UK or overseas have a 2 week lead time.

Tracking: We do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible, tracking will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information please email orders@rafaelinteriors.com

Carrier Delays: We will do our best to ship your order but if for some reason your order is delayed we will do our best to track the order and refund shipping fees if charged.

•All returns must be returned with a return authorization form.

•We are happy to process an exchange, please email orders@rafaelinteriors.com with order details.

•If by chance your item arrives damaged please make sure to sign the delivery receipt with damage. Please contact us immediately so we can make the proper arrangements.

All Furniture are items are final sale and are not returnable

All fabrics and wallpaper have a 50% restocking fee and cannot be opened or unrolled

All Pillows, Comforters, Mattress pads,and Featherbeds (Down or Down Alternative) are final sale and not returnable.
