Music Gears UK delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following business day.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery across the UK takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge.
Large or heavy items (e.g. drum kits, large amplifiers, keyboards) may require specialist courier handling and can take up to 7 business days.
Tracked Delivery
All orders are sent via tracked courier services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Address

Returns from Music Gears UK
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and how returns work at Music Gears UK.
Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us once you have told us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on in-ear monitors, earphones, and microphones once opened or used. Sheet music, books, and downloadable or activated software cannot be returned once opened. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
