Packaging & Shipping ProtectionAll orders are shipped in double boxes and come with full insurance for additional protection. Items are usually shipped within 2-3 working days. We are based right here in the United States, and we use secure shipping methods for your peace of mind. For your protection, we may contact you for extra verification of the payment method.

The product will be delivered to your doorstep, carefully packed to avoid any damage. We understand that privacy is important to our customers, and we aim to provide DISCREET packaging. The product name, description, sender's name, or any details that could hint at the product inside will be encrypted to ensure privacy. The package you receive will be completely discreet.

We believe in making Hassle Free ‘Product Return’

The step-by-step guide for returning a product will elucidate the nuances and enrich the customer’s experience.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may already be in processing or dispatched. In such cases, additional charges may apply for any attempt to intercept, halt, or return the shipment.

If the order has shipped, it will fall under our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Conditions for Return:

▪ If the delivered product is damaged/defective or a mismatch, then the customer may request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of the original delivery date

▪ Product Return will be permitted only through a Return Authorization (RA) number

▪ Post issuance, RA number will expire within 7 days. Hence, we encourage our customers to return the product at the earliest

▪ Goods returned without a valid RA number will not be processed for refunds and may face an additional levy

▪ Goods returned without any defect/damage or a mismatch are subject to a restocking fee (25% of item price)

Criteria for Issuing a Refund:

Prior to shipping your product, verify the guidelines in order to avoid any delay/denial in processing your return:

▪ Products must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and shipped securely

▪ Products must be free from any damage including (but not limited to) dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals etc.

▪ Products labeled with a security seal must be intact/non-tampered

PS: Processing a Return may take up to 15 business days from the time of receipt

Defective/Missing Units:

Products which arrive defective or in a damaged state or with missing units will be resolved in the following way:

▪ Replacing all the affected units

▪ Giving a partial credit for the affected units

PS: Replaced Items will not have any additional credit issued against it

Shipping for Return:

➢ All shipping charges are borne by the customer.

➢ Shipping charges would be refunded under the following scenarios:

•Products Damaged/defective on Arrival

•Erroneous Product shipped by our store

➢ Select a carrier of choice for returning the package. Kindly specify the address and the Return Authorization (RA) Number while filling out the bill of lading.

➢ For traceability, kindly utilize a carrier service which provides delivery confirmation once the product has been shipped from your end. This can be shared with us accordingly.
