Products purchased from Mindful and Co Kids will be transported either through Australia Post or another courier company as chosen by Mindful and Co Kids. Please do note that delivery addresses cannot be altered once an order has been processed. An order has been processed once payment has been made. While we will make every reasonable effort through our packaging and our liaisons with our delivery services to ensure that your parcel is safe for transportation and arrives to you safely, you acknowledge that ownership of the parcels turned over to Australia Post or a courier company engaged by us transfers to the buyer. We will not be responsible for any loss, or damage to packages and will not be responsible for any errors in the supply of incorrect shipping information, or delivery errors through Australia Post or another courier company engaged. If the product that you have ordered from Mindful and Co Kids is in stock at the time your order is accepted, this will be processed on each Tuesday and Thursday of the week. Alternatively, we will also offer Express Delivery through Australia Post for the additional cost of AU$15.00. Once your order has been processed, you will be provided with a tracking number from Australia Post or our chosen Courier. Should you have any questions related to your delivery, please contact Australia Post or the courier company with your tracking number. The estimated delivery time-frame will range between 3-7 days. Please note however, this is an indication only. At certain times of the year, it can go beyond this, therefore we recommend allowing up to 7 business days for delivery. To ensure the safe delivery of your product(s), we recommend that someone is available to receive your order. In circumstances where no one is present to receive the delivery (unless an authority to leave is provided), Australia Post or the courier will return your order to the nearest post office, or depot for collection, causing a potential delay in your delivery. Where authority to leave is opted in by the client, you agree that the parcel is deemed as received when left at your premises.

Return Process:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.Items must be returned in unused condition with all original labels attached.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of $2.50 per item will be applied for all returns. This fee covers the cost of processing returned items at our warehouse.

Refund Details:

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.We will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping costs and the restocking fee.Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Exceptions:
