Where We Ship From

All orders are currently packed and dispatched from our warehouse in China.

This allows us to keep our products affordable while maintaining high quality standards. International shipping times are calculated accordingly.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays

During sales or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping times begin after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.

Estimated delivery: 8–10 business days

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

We offer free standard shipping when you reach the following order thresholds:

Australia: Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD

United States: Free shipping on orders over $100 USD

Canada: Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD

United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £40 GBP

Europe: Free shipping on orders over €50 EUR

New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $100 NZD

Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK

Express shipping is always available at an additional cost.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country.

These charges are not included in your order total

They are the responsibility of the customer

We are unable to estimate or control these fees

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges, it may be returned or destroyed by customs authorities. In these cases, we cannot offer refunds.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Customs processing

Carrier disruptions

Weather or peak shipping periods

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (standard) or 6 business days (express) from dispatch, please contact us at customerservice@stitchedupkits.com and we’ll investigate.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Pre-orders ship on or after the date listed on the product page

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship together once all items are available

Shipping timeframes begin once the pre-order has been dispatched

Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping delays.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@stitchedupkits.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at customerservice@stitchedupkits.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
