Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK.

* This does sometimes increase during busy periods, such as Sales, Black Friday and Christmas. If you haven't received your order, please allow seven working days before contacting us.

Please note that delivery times will be affected over bank holiday periods and an additional day may be added to the dispatch time.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you do need to return or exchange an item, we are pleased to offer returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original packaging. If your item is faulty or damaged write to online and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance).

We are only able to process returns, refunds and exchanges on items purchased from www.robert-frederick.co.uk. If you bought the item from one of our stockists including Amazon, we advise you get in touch with them directly.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days of delivery using our online withdrawal process or by contacting our customer service team. Returned items should be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws once the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
