Delivery Address Requirements

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Each order can be delivered to only one address. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address. For APO/FPO military addresses, please provide an additional residential backup address as certain carriers may not service these locations.

Data Accuracy

Customers are required to provide valid and accurate information. Some countries may require the recipient to submit their ID or tax ID number for customs clearance or payment verification. If this is necessary, we will notify you via our official email address cs@bebird.com. Please monitor for such information and provide it. The accuracy of this information is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any package delays due to incomplete or incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Duties & Taxes

Local taxes and import duties may apply in certain countries and are not incorporated in the indicated amounts above. The responsibility for all such taxes and duties lies with the buyer or recipient of the shipment. Given our products are sold worldwide, we cannot ensure compliance with the import regulations of every country. If uncertain, please verify with your country's customs office before placing an order.

Delays & Risks

While we strive for timely delivery, Bebird cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or customs processing issues. Although these situations are beyond our control, our customer service team will provide assistance whenever possible to help resolve any shipping complications.

Claims Processing

All claims for lost, missing, or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. For damaged goods, you must submit photographic evidence with your claim. Bebird reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and determine eligibility for reshipment or refund. In cases where a courtesy reshipment is issued, the reshipment order is not eligible for return and/or refund.

2. Order Cancellation

2.1You may cancel your order before it is shipped.2.2Once your order has been processed and in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. 3. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.3.1To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused or unworn, with tags, manuals, accessories, and original packaging included.3.2Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.3.3Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.3.4This policy applies only to purchases made directly through bebird.com. If you purchased through a marketplace or authorized retailer, please contact the respective seller.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs@bebird.com with:a）Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).b）Product model and serial number.c）Reason for return (e.g., replacement, dissatisfaction, incorrect item).d）Clear photos of the product and packaging to confirm condition.e）For Money-Back Guarantee claims: details of your usage, reason for dissatisfaction, and contact information.f）Please pack the product securely, preferably using the original shipping box.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

5.1Buyer responsibility: Change of mind, dislike of product, or no longer needing the item.5.2Bebird responsibility: Wrong product received, defective items, or products damaged in transit.5.3We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email cs@bebird.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the product in its original condition.6.1Do not use the product.6.2Once verified, we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at your choice.6.3Please return the damaged product so we can investigate and improve our processes.6.4This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty products.

7. Free Gifts & Promotional Offers
