SHIPPING POLICY How do you ship your orders?

U.S. orders of our beard oils are premium shipped 1-3 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

All other product(s) are provided and shipped from our suppliers. Shipping can take 5-7 days before delivery.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.

Do you ship to APO's?

Yes, please contact us before you order as there may be shipping restrictions at your location. Keep in mind that shipping to an APO usually will take anywhere from 10 - 15 days (double this time for products shipped from our suppliers).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that customs can hold up a package for a number of days. Give it at least 10 days. If you think it's stuck or lost, please contact us at: hello@beardorganics.com.

What are your U.S. and International shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are calculated out at checkout after entering in your shipping information.

HANDLING TIME What is your handling time?

We try to ship your order as fast as possible. Beard oil orders ship between 1-3 business days. Products from our suppliers may take up to 48 hours before leaving their warehouse. If your order will take more than 5 business days to ship we will contact you.

When is your cutoff time for orders?

Orders that come in after 1:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day.

All returns must be made with 14 days of the order shipment date. The packaging must be unopened and the product unused. As beard oils are personal care products, opened products cannot be returned.

Please email us before returning any items and reference your original order number. Refunds are processed in the original form of payment. You are responsible for return shipping. The original shipping charge is not refunded.
