SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer free shipping for orders over $100 within the Continental United States. We currently offer standard shipping and use USPS as our primary carrier. We work hard to process all orders within 24hrs of receipt. Please note: customer orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Our standard shipping rate is $10 for all orders up to $100. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.

•It generally takes us 1-2 business days to pack and ship your order

•Delivery timing will vary based on where we are shipping to, but most orders should be received in 3-5 business days

•Orders are processed Monday through Saturday

•Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days

•All orders ship from our warehouse in NJ

•Your order may ship from multiple locations if all items are not in stock at our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

•Fees and Duties are calculated based on Country of Origin and Carrier rates.

•Buyer is responsible for paying taxes and duties based on country of origin and shipping rates.

•Delivery time varies based on carrier selection, and which country it is being shipped to. Typical time frame is 1-10 business days when shipping with USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

•We do not accept returns or givebacks outside of the US.

Order Processing and FulfillmentOrders fulfilled via third-party drop shippers may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout and are subject to change based on the supplier’s fulfillment schedule.

Shipping Times and DelaysShipping times for drop-shipped items may vary depending on the location of the third-party supplier. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier issues or supplier disruptions.

Split ShipmentsIf your order includes items from multiple suppliers, it may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive tracking information for each shipment once the items are dispatched.

Responsibility for DeliveryOnce a drop-shipped order has been handed over to the third-party shipping carrier, the carrier and supplier assume responsibility for delivery. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier.

Product Availability and InventoryProduct availability is subject to the stock levels of our third-party suppliers. In rare cases, items may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and provide options for a refund, store credit, or an alternative item.

Return and Exchange PolicyItems fulfilled through third-party drop shippers may have separate return and exchange requirements. Any return requests for drop-shipped items must be initiated through our customer service team within the specified return window. Please note:

•Restocking fees may apply.

Product Quality and WarrantyWe carefully vet our suppliers to ensure product quality; however, all warranties, guarantees, and claims related to drop-shipped products are governed by the supplier's policies. If you experience any issues, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter with the supplier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for international orders)For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees as required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Limitations of LiabilityBy purchasing items fulfilled via third-party drop shipping, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any delays, errors, or damages caused by the third-party supplier or shipping carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR THIRD PARTY DROP SHIPPED ITEMS

Exclusion from Free Shipping OffersItems that are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers are excluded from our Free Shipping on Orders Over $100 promotion. These items will incur separate shipping charges.

Additional Shipping CostsThird-party suppliers may charge additional shipping fees based on the item’s size, weight, or destination. These charges will be clearly noted at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Combined OrdersIf your order includes both items eligible for free shipping and items fulfilled by third-party suppliers, shipping charges will only apply to the third-party-supplied items. Free shipping will still apply to eligible items in your order.

Transparency at CheckoutAll shipping costs, including any supplier-specific fees, will be calculated and displayed at checkout to ensure complete transparency.

It's important to all of us at Manymoons that you love your purchase! If, for any reason, you're unhappy with your purchase, we welcome returns and exchanges both online and in our stores.

Effective January 1st 2025 items may be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 14 days from the date of your order received, accompanied with your receipt. Purchases being returned without a receipt will receive a 20% Give Back Credit based on the value of the original purchase price paid. We welcome gift returns within 60 days of the purchase date for a merchandise credit, accompanied with your gift receipt.

For all new and rescue returns, items must be in new, unwashed, unworn condition with all tags intact and attached. Clothing sets, toys, and accessories must include all related parts and pieces. For resale item returns, product must follow same as above and be unworn, like-new condition. For items shipped only in the United States.

FINAL SALE or items shipped out of the US are not eligible for returns.
