If you have issues, contact your local USPS first and they can help locate the package. Once it leaves the Willow Boutique warehouse we have to locate and track all packages through the shipping company.

At Willow Boutique, we understand shopping online can be tricky. We offer a simple solution if you decide your order is not perfect. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item(s) to send back the items for a credit in the form of a Willow Boutique E-Gift card. You may also return for an exchange if quantities/size/colors are available. You can visit our return portal below and will be charged the shipping return fee.

All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. ALL SALE/ JEWELRY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If a clearance item is returned, we will return to the sender.
