If you live in Connecticut, within 10 miles of Prospect, CT - we may be able to deliver locally to you for free. This option may be exercised in any free shipping promo if you are close by. ( Delivery by car or van )

In-store / Local pickup (updated 11/20/2025 )

Local pickup options are available at checkout. We ask that you pickup the order within 3 days of purchase, and you may come into our 105 Waterbury Road Prospect, CT location anytime we are open with proper ID.

Most orders are ready for pickup within 24 hours. If you need it sooner, just call us at the number above or email us at questions@blueberry-cat.com

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping YET. We will soon.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at questions@blueberry-cat.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you need to ship to a PO Box, please select a USPS service, otherwise it is possible your order will be delayed or cancelled.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Below is our online return process. Any items purchased in-store or online may be returned at our physical location during store hours @ 105 Waterbury Road Prospect, CT. To start a return, you can contact us at questions@blueberry-cat.com . If the item is defective, Blueberry Cat can exchange or refund the item and send a pre-paid shipping label for the defective item.

Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping on items that need to be returned for a refund due to an ordering error, buyers remorse or other similar reasons.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at questions@blueberry-cat.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

TCG Cards including but not limited to Pokemon Packs, Magic the Gathering Packs and others & Open Blind Box and Surprise Box items where the contents are random, are Final Sale.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
