Batten Home ships to the mainland USA. In stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Larger orders or furniture items that require freight shipment can take longer. Sometimes items become unavailable or out of stock. If the item is currently unavailable, we will process your order the moment it becomes available again. Alaska and Hawaii

Unfortunately we do not offer Free Shipping on orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders shipped to these states will have a $35 shipping surcharge. Individual orders will be assessed at time of order placement and should they require additional charges or shipping surcharge refunds we will be in contact with you prior to filling your order.

Most merchandise purchased from Batten Home may be returned for a refund, within 7 days of delivery.

Returns must be pre-authorized emailing us at hello@battenhome.co

Returns not pre-authorized will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Approved returns must be in their factory packaging, brand new and in un-used original condition. All tags, insert and boxes must also be included and be in the same condition.

The following items are non returnable: Sale items, Special orders items, Wallpaper, audio players, rugs, lighting fixtures, trade orders and orders shipped via Freight. These orders are not returnable and final sale.

Products that involve assembly are only in the original condition if un-assembled and still in factory packaging. Assembled or partially assembled items are no longer considered to be in original condition and cannot be returned. The actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
