Shipping Rates and Options

For orders under $100 or shipping outside the continental U.S., shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:

Order Processing Times

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible!

•Orders placed by 8:00 PM MST on business days (Sunday–Friday) are typically processed, packed, and prepared for pickup by the next business day. Our mail carriers usually pick up outgoing packages early the following morning.

•Orders placed after 8:00 PM MST, as well as orders placed on Saturdays or holidays, will generally be processed on the following business day and shipped with the next scheduled pickup.

For example, an order placed at 10:00 PM on Monday will likely ship on Wednesday morning rather than Tuesday morning.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location. Here’s what you can expect:

Economy Shipping: Arrives withing 5-7 business days.

Standard Shipping: Arrives within 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-5 business days.

Express Shipping: Usually delivered within 1-3 business days.

Warranty & Return Policy

90-Day Bitjump Pre-Owned Guarantee: All pre-owned items are backed by our 90-day guarantee. If a pre-owned game, console, or accessory fails during normal use within 90 days of delivery (or in-store purchase), we'll help with an exchange for the same item or store credit.

New Items (Refunds): New, unopened items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days of the order date. If Damaged or defective, those products may be exchanged for the same item.

Pre-Owned Items (Refunds): Pre-owned items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 7 days of delivery (or in-store purchase date). Everything that was originally included with the item must be included.

Repairs & Upgraded Consoles (365 Days): Repairs and upgraded consoles include a 365-day parts and labor limited warranty from the date of purchase or service that covers the repairs and upgrades on the device.

Discounts & Coupons: If a discount or coupon was applied to your order, any refund issued will reflect the amount paid after the discount was applied.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligable for a return or refund:

•New/Sealed video games. (Damaged or defective products may be exchanged for the same item)

•Trading card game products including booster packs, Booster boxes, singles, and similar.

•Digital products (digital downloads

•Gift cards.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

Contact us first: Email contact@bitjumpgames.com or call (801) 477-6431 with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll send return instructions: Once we review your request, we’ll email you the return address and any details needed for your return or warranty claim.

Include a note in the box: Please include a note with your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, the reason for the return, and what you’d like (refund, exchange, or store credit).

Ship the item with tracking: Package the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number until your return is processed.

Return processing: Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and process the outcome within 7 business days. Exchanges and replacements typically ship within 2–4 business days after processing.
