All online orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. We ship through USPS unless stated otherwise in secure packaging.
Certain items sold online are not shippable (like cement statuary) and therefore can only be delivered locally or picked up from the store. If you mistakenly purchase a non-shippable item, you will be contacted about a refund shortly after. We WILL NOT under any circumstances ship these items.
If the item you purchased needs to go to a funeral home, please leave both your information and the funeral home’s information in the notes section of your order. We will contact you soon for that information if it is not given.

Returns from Ellington Gift Co
We accept returns so long as the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We can perform exchanged all in one transaction at the store.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
