Product return notification email must be sent within 7 days of the purchaser receiving the item & it is up to the purchaser to return the product at their cost unless it is faulty or damaged. Once the product is received we will issue a refund less shipping and 10% restocking fee.
If the product is faulty or damaged on receiving the item please notify us immediately to have the product replaced or refunded at the stores digression.
