Delivery Information

There are various delivery methods available, depending on your location and the items purchased.

If you live within our local catchment area, you are eligible for "Local Delivery". See below for further details

If you live outside the specified area, you will qualify for "Nationwide Delivery" and depending on the type of products purchased, will either receive your goods via courier or using pallet delivery. See below for details

Local delivery

We are able to offer our own service to Wirral based customers for just £15 (free for online orders over £500-limited time promotion). All local deliveries include assembly whether that be here at our warehouse or onsite in your room of choice where possible.

Wardrobes

Wardrobe Installation in room of choice is free of charge if pre-booked at time of ordering. However, please ensure wardrobe will go up stairs and into room as a £15 charge will have to be made if we need to dismantle and reassemble on site.

Nationwide delivery

For customers outside of our local area, the following options are available

Courier Delivery

Smaller items such as flat-pack products or Lamp Tables etc are sent via leading couriers such as UPS, UK Mail, TNT & DHL for just £15 (free for online orders over £5 00 -limited time promotion) depending on size and weight of item.

Palletised Delivery

Larger and pre-assembled items are delivered on a pallet. For a limited time only, the price of delivery is only £15 (free for online orders over £500-limited time promotion).

Please note that normal delivery is to UK mainland covered by the postcodes below but please contact us for other areas and we will do our best to meet your requirements. Please ensure you have assistance in unloading as the driver will take as close as possible to your premises but cannot enter your premises due to insurance reasons relating to possible damage to flooring or walls etc.

If your postcode prefix is not listed above then please contact us for a delivery quote as you more than likely live in an area that has a delivery surcharge due to a remote location/Highlands & Islands/Northern Ireland or a central London location.

Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:Flat pack furniture that has been assembled. If a component is missing or faulty, then a replacement will be sent out.

The return of goods is at the buyers expense, we can book collections via couriers etc and the cost of this will be deducted from your refund or you can arrange your own return, however please ensure it is insured, as damaged in transit items will not be eligible for a refund. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@pineandoakwarehouse.com.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@pineandoakwarehouse.com and send your item to: Pine & Oak Warehouse Ltd, Arrowebrook Road, Upton, Wirral, CH49 0AB.
