We will dispatch all orders in 1 day if the order has been placed before 2:00pm weekdays (Monday - Friday). Late Friday and weekend orders will only be dispatched on the following weekday (excluding public holidays).

Most items are dispatched with via Royal Mail and may be upgraded to Signed For or Tracked service at our discretion.

All 24/1st class or 48/2nd Royal Mail quoted delivery times are an estimate.

24/1st & 48/2nd class may take up to 5 days or 7 days, respectively, for an item to be delivered, but in rare cases it can take up to 10 days.

Royal Mail's 24/1st class service is NOT a guaranteed next day service.

The only guaranteed timed delivery services are the express postage options such as Royal Mail's Special Delivery next working day.

Royal Mail's Signed For service is not a tracking service; only a verification that a delivery has been successful.

Most items which are not received are caused by incomplete addresses such as no door Numbers, street name or incorrect postcodes. Please be more understanding if the item has not been received due to an error caused by incomplete address and co-operate with us to get your problem solved. In order to avoid this please make sure correct address is visible and double-check before placing the order.

Wish Return Policy

Many items are eligible for a refund within:

•30 days of delivery—the refund window will begin on the day of delivery, even if the item was late.

•30 days of the maximum delivery date if the item hasn’t arrived.

Exceptions

Some items have exceptions. See the Exceptions section below to learn more about which items are treated differently and how.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received

If an item arrives and it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect (even if it has an exception), it is eligible for a refund and may need to be returned.

The Standard Returns Process

•Please contact Support to initiate the return and we’ll walk you through the process.

•If the item isn’t subject to an exception, you must request your refund within 30 days of delivery of the item. If your item doesn’t arrive by the maximum delivery date, you must request your refund within 30 days of the maximum delivery date.

•In certain cases, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you may be required to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo. In other cases, such as with higher value items (including a high-value item that is incorrect or arrived defective or damaged), you may be required to return the item to receive a refund.

•If you are required to return an item, you may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

•Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method.

•Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the request if a return is not required. If a return is required, the refund will be processed once the item has been returned to the applicable destination (e.g. merchant or returns center) and is confirmed to be in good condition.

Cancellations

•Orders begin processing shortly after they’ve been placed, so there is a short period where your order can be cancelled successfully via Customer Support. If the cancellation period has passed, you can always return your order for a full refund.

Refund Exceptions

•Perishables - If the item you order is perishable, it is not eligible for return or refund in most cases.

•Excluded Items - Certain Health & Hygiene Items (e.g. skin lotion, toothpaste) or electronic media such as software are not eligible for return or refund if the seal is broken (i.e it has been opened).

Services - If you purchase services from a local provider, your ability to obtain a refund is subject to the provider’s policies.

Warranty

All items sold as tested are tested before dispatch. All serial numbers are recorded before dispatch; these will be checked if item is returned. All items are subject to satisfactory inspection of the anti-tamper warranty sticker/seal, any evidence that these aforementioned stickers/seals have been removed or broken will render the item out of warranty and will not be covered under warranty rules. If the item becomes faulty within that period a replacement will be issued free of charge upon receipt of the faulty item back to us, if proved to be faulty upon inspection. If the item is not faulty or can be repaired, not to the detriment of the item, then this shall be undertaken rather than direct replacement. If the item is designated Seller Refurbished, Second User or Used it will carry a 30 day warranty and the above procedure will be followed with regard to repair or replacement, within the 30-day period from receipt of item. Any item that is designated 'Sold As Seen' implies no warranty.

Product(s) which show obvious signs of misuse, damage or weather damage will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
