Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days from the date of payment. Packages will be sent via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or occasionally delivered directly by The Red Balloon for Utah residents. The tracking number will be emailed to the address given at the point of purchase when the order is shipped. Currently, we only ship to Continental U.S. addresses.Once packages leave The Red Balloon Toy Store warehouse, carriers are responsible for the handling and delivery of items.Customers who want to be protected from damaged, lost, or stolen online orders are encouraged to opt into Corso Package Insurance at checkout. Corso allows customers to file claims quickly for a small fee at checkout. To file a claim, visit Corso .Customers who choose not to opt into Corso Package Insurance: Contact The Red Balloon customer service if your items are damaged, lost or stolen. Customer service will help you file a claim, but resolutions will be up to the carrier's discretion. Refunds/replacements for damaged, lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed without Corso Shipping Insurance.All claims related to shipping such as but not limited to missing or damaged packages must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date or the last tracking update. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. The Red Balloon does not offer any product warranties; all warranties are offered by manufacturers. See product manuals for specifics. Please email contact us with your purchase # to request a refund. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. If your item is defective

•We will issue credit for the original and return shipping.

If your item is not defective or you changed your mind

•We will issue a full refund for the product and tax, but not shipping or insurance. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.

All claims related to the fulfillment of your order including but not limited to receiving the wrong item or missing items from your order must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Items received as gifts without a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for an in-store credit. Restrictions

To ensure that you are being sold new, clean product, all sales on candy and plush (stuffed animals, puppets, etc) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sales on clearance items are also final.
