BASI Systems Pilates Equipment Delivery takes 3 - 5 weeks from order. If you are ordering multiple products, we suggest you to contact us by filling out the inquiry form for a more customized solution. Below products are delivered on a pallet and therefore must have suitable access for van or lorry deliveries.

The driver will not enter your premises - The delivery driver will only unload the pallet via tail lift if the pallet fits the lift. Some of our equipment arrives on XL Pallets, which may not be unloaded by the tail lift. In such cases, it's the customer's responsibility to unload the boxes from the truck. Drivers are not permitted to move the delivery into the property so 2 physically capable people must be onsite to take the delivery

•A Kerbside Delivery can be on a specified day, but we are not able to specify the time

•AM/PM deliveries are possible, but at an additional cost - please call us for a quote on 02036337044

•We must be informed prior to the delivery if there is any restricted access for Articulated Lorries, as we can request a smaller van. If we are not informed in advance, the courier will not be able to deliver and you (the customer) will be liable for additional delivery charges

1-Man: Our 1-Man delivery option will provide you with the delivery of your product (no assembly). Please note: a physically capable person will be required to help lift equipment into position on the installation and delivery day.

Small Equipment Deliveries are dispatched within 1 - 2 working days after order is placed. We use "signed for" courier services such as DPD, DHL or Royal Mail, delivered next day or within 2 days. (Please allow more time for delivery in UK Highlands & Islands.) Cost for small equipment is £7 / item (This is the baseline to be used for Returns in case of Free Shipping) Occasionally, we may deliver the goods in several consignments but if this is the case we will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you. Failed Deliveries For small equipment and leggings, Courier will attempt delivery twice. If you have not left an instruction and you are out when the delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with the depot's number for you to arrange a redelivery. If you do not call, the courier will automatically try to deliver again within 3 days, if you are out again at the time of redelivery the parcel will be returned to us as undeliverable. To prevent this from happening, we advise you to; a) use a delivery address where there will be someone during the day b) assuming it is safe, leave us a delivery instruction in the "Delivery Instructions" box during checkout. We reserve the right to charge-back for delivery at cost (if you still require the goods after a failed delivery) or in the event you wish to have a refund, to refund you less the actual amount paid by us for carriage. For larger equipment, carrier will nominate a delivery date, which will be communicated to you. Order Confirmations Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system you will receive an E-Mail order confirmation; you may also print your order confirmation at the end of checkout and can log back in to reprint it at a future date. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please email us immediately. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil your order or part thereof, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there is an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfil we will immediately refund payment by the same method as your payment was made. VAT The prices shown on the product pages include UK VAT (ex-VAT prices are in brackets, where applicable) at a rate of 20%.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
