Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We use USPS media mail for domestic shipping.

Orders totaling $75 or more (before tax) qualify for free shipping within the U.S. This discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed, and can be combined with other discount codes.

Orders under $75 will be charged standard media mail shipping rates, calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via DHL Express, USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail Express International, or USPS Priority Mail International.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ultra Ferric is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ultraferric.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We offer a 14-day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your items arrived in a condition different from what was described, we will cover the return shipping costs and will not charge any restocking fee. For returns initiated for any reason other than condition discrepancies, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, plus a 15% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for archiving services.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, these include custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and archiving services, sale items or gift cards.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
