Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Because our products are custom-made, processing times may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand.

•Standard processing time is 24-48 hours (same day if ordered by 12PM)

•Large orders or custom projects may require additional production time.

•Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been produced and shipped .

Typical transit times are:

•Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

•Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Wanted Transfers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

•Weather conditions

•Carrier delays

•Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

•Natural disasters

•Holidays or peak shipping seasons

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date .

If your package was damaged during transit, please keep all packaging materials and provide photos so we can assist with filing a claim.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, customers will receive an email when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait for the pickup notification before arriving.

At Wanted Transfers, every order is custom-made specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and produced to your specifications, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers and other personalized products, all sales are final . We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

•Custom DTF transfers

•Gang sheets

•Custom apparel

•Personalized or made-to-order products

•Orders with customer-supplied artwork

Please ensure your artwork, sizing, quantities, and shipping information are correct before submitting your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery .

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

•Your order number

•A description of the issue

•Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following remedies:

•A replacement of the affected item

•A refund (full or partial, when appropriate)

•Store credit, at our discretion

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork is:

•High-resolution

•Properly sized

•Transparent (when required)

•Free of spelling or design errors

Wanted Transfers is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect artwork, color variations in customer-provided designs, or other issues originating from the submitted files.

Color Variations

Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, monitor calibration, garment color, fabric type, and heat press application. Minor color variations are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.
