What is your return policy? We don't ask for much. Bras must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with the tags still on to exchange or receive a refund. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange your bra or get a full refund on your original form of payment. For returns made after 30 days, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift card. We can’t accept any returns after 45 days.

How long does it take to process a return? The amount paid will be refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt of return. If you return between the 30-45 day window, you will receive store credit within 10 business days of receipt of return

What if I want to exchange my bra(s)?

Not the perfect fit? Sorry we let your boobs down. Follow the steps below to place a return:

STEP 01: To complete your return or exchange, go to returns.harperwilde.com . For partial Bundle returns, email support@harperwilde.com with the details from

STEP 02: Input your 5 digit Order Number and shipping zip code. If you can’t locate your Order Number, or your Order Number is longer that 5 digits, please contact our support team. You’ll be prompted to select the items you are returning or exchanging, and to enter a reason why for each item.

STEP 03: Place the bra(s) you’re returning or exchanging back into the Harper Wilde box, or in packaging of your choice. Print a prepaid return label or activate the prepaid USPS label included in your shipment at returns.harperwilde.com. Apply that label to the outside of the box.

STEP 04: Drop off the box at your nearest USPS within 30 days of order receipt, and within 7 days of initiating your return or exchange.

*All returned bras must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the tags attached.
