We aim to ship any item bought from us during business hours the same day. Items where the standard shipping rate from £3.69 (for addresses within the UK) is selected these will be sent that evening where possible. Postage is by Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery and should reach you within 48 hours of it being sent by us. Please allow an extra few days for processing time. UK orders that weigh over 2kg cost £5.99 shipping, unless the order is over £25, in which case it qualifies for free shipping.

If your intended shipping address is out-with the UK the shipping charges will vary, depending on your country and you will see the price at the checkout. If we do not currently ship to your country please get in touch with us and we will be able to provide a bespoke estimate of the shipping cost.

If we are unable to meet these delivery targets we will let you know via your chosen contact method as soon as possible.

If your item is returned to us as the shipping carrier is unable to deliver it to you after multiple failed attempts, we will not be able to post it out to you again until postage is paid for again. At this point, we will get in touch with you to discuss this.

Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, P&P costs cannot be refunded.Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
