In most cases, orders are processed within 2-5 business days*. In-transit times vary by carrier and method. *Choosing expedited shipping methods does not decrease order processing and production times.

Items within a single order may ship separately from different locations. An email with tracking will be sent for each shipment. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specified.

•During peak seasons (holidays, sales, store openings, etc), processing may take additional time.

•At this time, our carriers are experiencing longer delays than normal. In order to ensure that you receive your order in time for the holidays, we suggest that all orders be placed by December 8th; however, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates at this time.

•We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order.

•Pre-order sales for any merchandise do not have a guaranteed shipment date unless provided in the product description. Any given estimated shipment dates are subject to change.

If you are placing an international order, we are unable to guarantee the timeliness of arrival of your package, although orders arrive in 2-4 weeks in most cases. There may also be duty payments required at the time your package arrives, we are not responsible for the additional costs incurred on international orders.

As long as the item is in brand new condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered), you can return it within 30 days of your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or short please provide photos of the issue and we will provide a prepaid return label via email.

We are unable to accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, etc., simply return the item and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. This will ensure the most timely and accurate delivery of your items.

Please include the merchandise, packing slip, and a note explaining the return. Failure to include a packing slip or order number may delay processing of your return.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund you the cost of the item(s) within about one week from when the item is delivered to us. The original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the fault of the company.

Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they have been processed but in some cases may take up to 10 business days.

*We cannot refund purchases that were not processed through the online store. Any merchandise purchased at in-person events or through other means cannot be exchanged or refunded.
