Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders submitted before 1:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will be shipped the next business day.
You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer free same-day shipping for all orders placed on our website and delivered within the contiguous United States. (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Items marked as “Factory Pick Up” do not include shipping. Customers may either:
Pay for shipping, or
Collect in person at no additional charge.
International Shipping

Returns from IIID MAX
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Product Shelf Life
Our product’s recommended shelf life is one year. However, with proper storage conditions, it can last several years while maintaining its quality and performance.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers the costs associated with processing returns.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 48 to 72 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, minus the Credit Card or PayPal processing fee and the 15% restocking fee.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If we sent you a color by mistake that you didn’t order.
If you have changed your mind about your order.
If you don’t like a color.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Responsibility for Equipment Settings
IIID MAX is not responsible for incorrect slicer or 3D printer settings, or for a lack of experience in using them.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Insurance
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing delays are common.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item and shipping the replacement item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will learn of your return.
