Ultimate 3D Printing Store return policy for 3D Desktop Printers: Any make and model of 3D Desktop Printer purchased from Ultimate 3D Printing Store may be returned up to 10 business days from date customer receives it from shipping company. Subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Ultimate 3D Printing Store return policy for anything and everything that is not a 3D Desktop Printer (example - filament, parts, software, etc...): May be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase. Subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All items being returned must be first made aware by Ultimate 3D Printing Store and a return order number will be assigned. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/customer to pay for any and all shipping back to our store. All return products must be in their original condition, and packaging materials. The purchaser again must pay for shipping on all returns.
