RETURN OF UNWANTED ITEMS

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a purchase made through our web site, you may return it in its original unused condition within 14 days for a full refund. Cost and risk of return is borne by purchaser except for faulty or damaged items. If the returned item is found to be damaged or requires re-boxing then a rectification/re-boxing charge will be deducted from any refund. Please notify us before returning the item.

RETURN OF ITEMS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED OR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

If you take delivery of a package and you find that the contents have been damaged in transit or is short delivered, you must sign for the item 'as damaged' and notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Return damaged item(s) to us within 7 calendar days for a refund or exchange. Please notify us of the damage before returning the item. Notification of non-delivery is required within 24 hours of expected delivery date.
