Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).

Partial Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship available items first at no extra cost.

Backorders

Individual Items: If an item is out of stock, we will email you with an estimated restock date. You can choose to wait or cancel for a refund.

Bundles: If an item in a bundle is out of stock, we will notify you when it is back. You may cancel the entire bundle for a refund or manage changes in your account. Substitutions are not available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, high demand, supply chain issues, or carrier delays. Dates are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.

Tracking & Updates

You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 3 days to update. If a package appears delayed or marked as delivered early, contact the carrier or email us within 30 days of receiving tracking info.

Delivery Address & Changes

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses. To update your address, contact us before your order ships. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.

Returned Packages

Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout and vary by location. We partner with USPS and DHL eCommerce.

Available options include:

•Standard Ground: 5–10 business days after processing (free on eligible orders over $50)

•Expedited: 2–3 business days (extra fees apply)

•Overnight: 1 business day (extra fees apply; limited availability)

Free Shipping

Free shipping cannot be combined with other promotions or sitewide sales. Availability will appear at checkout.

Holiday Shipping

Peak Periods: During high-demand times such as major sales events (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday), celebrity promotions, or U.S. holidays, processing can take between 7-14 days and shipping may take longer. International Shipping

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays, confiscations, or other issues related to customs processing.

The Returns and Refunds Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscription orders placed by the Buyer (“you,” “your” or “buyer”) through Her Fantasy Box® (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “The Company”) website (www.herfantasybox.com) (the “Website”) and mobile app. Her Fantasy Box® reserves the right to update this Policy at any time for any reason. Changes will be notified on our Website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This Policy is subject to and incorporated into our General Terms and Conditions available on the Website. Please review the full Terms and Conditions for additional details governing your use of our services and purchases.

1. Scope and Application. This Policy applies to all purchases placed through our Website and governs our standard return and refund procedures, including all eligibility requirements, timelines, conditions, and limitations; however, if you choose to add Protect Plus order protection to your purchase at checkout, your order will be subject to Protect Plus terms of use that are available at https://www.protectplus.io/pages/termsofservice.

2. Return of Opened Products. We will only process the refund of an opened product when the order is protected with Protect Plus – order protection. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

3. Return of Unopened Products.

•3.1. Returns and Refunds for Unopened Products are permitted, provided that:

•3.1.1. The product remains in its original, sealed packaging;

•3.1.2. The product shows no signs of use, tampering, or damage;

•3.1.3. The product is in resalable condition;

•3.1.4. The return is requested within 30 days of purchase.

•3.2. Products Not Available for Return:

•3.2.1. Discontinued Products. Products that have been discontinued by the Company are not eligible for return.

•3.2.2. Rebranded Products. Products that have been rebranded by the company are not eligible for return.

•3.2.3. Products with changed presentation. Products for which its presentation or warnings have changed are not eligible for return.

•3.2.4. Products bought during sales events or at discounted price. Products bought at a discounted price are not eligible for return. Discounted price sales are final.

•3.3. Shipping Fee for Returns. In the event of a return, you will pay a shipping fee of $6 for the label to return the product, unless the order was protected with Protect Plus at checkout.

4. Refunds. Same Payment Method. Once we receive the product in our facilities, we will refund the price of the product to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Customer Due Diligence. Customer agrees to exercise reasonable care and diligence before completing any purchase, including but not limited to:

•5.1. Thoroughly reviewing product descriptions, specifications, and dimension;

•5.2. Examining customer reviews and ratings;

•5.3. Contacting Customer Service with any pre-purchase inquiries;

•5.4. Understanding product compatibility and suitability for intended use

6. Protect Plus. We offer optional, fee-based order protection available for purchase at checkout. If you elect to purchase this protection, it will cover return shipping costs and enable you to receive a full refund of the purchase price in the event of a return, no questions asked. This protection is entirely optional and available on an opt-in basis only; any purchase made without order protection will be governed by the standard terms set forth in this Policy. The order protection service is provided by Protect Plus, and by purchasing this protection, you agree to be bound by their General Terms of Use, which can be found at https://www.protectplus.io/pages/termsofservice.

7. Acknowledgment and Acceptance. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this one-time return/refund limitation and all terms set forth in this policy.

8. Incorporation of General Terms of Use. This Policy is supplemental to and should be read in conjunction with our General Terms of Use. To the extent any matter is not specifically addressed herein, the provisions of our General Terms of Use shall apply and govern. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the General Terms of Use, the terms of this Policy shall control with respect to subscription-related matters.
