Your order is on its way! Here's the lowdown on our shipping policy:

Order Timing: Place your order by 3pm EST, Monday through Friday, and we'll usually ship it the same day (holidays excluded). Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the next business day. For weekend orders (Saturday or Sunday), we'll ship them on the following business day.

Special Cases: If your order includes particularly large items or bulk quantities, our shipping calculator might not always get the shipping cost right. This isn't usually a problem, but if there's a significant discrepancy, we'll notify you and hold your order until we hear back from you.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@party-expo.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: 2875 S. Orange Ave, Suite 500, Orlando, FL 32806.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), and wearables (e.g., hats, masks, wigs). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, balloons, or balloon accessories. If you have questions about your specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
