What shipping carriers does BACtrack use?

All breathalyzers are shipped via USPS Mail. For higher valued orders (above $250) or orders over certain size/weight thresholds, we may ship your order using UPS Ground service to provide additional insurance.

How much does delivery cost?

USPS Ground delivery to U.S. addresses is free for all orders of any size, unless you choose an expedited option at checkout.

We ship to all 50 states, US PO Boxes, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process and ship orders within one business day of receiving them. Orders being shipped within the continental U.S. should arrive 3-7 business days after it has been shipped. For quicker ship times, please choose one of the following UPS shipping options during checkout (only available for US delivery):

•Two Day Air - $25

•One Day Air - $45

Please allow additional transit time during weekends and holidays and to some rural areas. Also, please note that UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders will not be delivered on weekends. UPS only delivers orders on regular business days (Monday - Friday).

In which states do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax on orders being delivered to shipping addresses in the states of California, Nevada, and New Jersey. If you or your company is tax exempt, please contact us at support@BACtrack.com with your documentation.

How are international orders handled and what are the associated costs?

BACtrack ships to most countries around the globe. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus.

Please allow roughly 5-7 business days for international orders to clear customs and deliver to final destinations outside the United States. The customer is responsible for all charges associated with the order, including shipping, customs duties, and taxes. These charges are applied to calibration orders, as well.

Expedited shipping methods are not available at this time.

How will the charge look on my credit card statement?

The charge on your statement will read BACtrack's parent company: "KHN SOLUTIONS."

30 Day Return Policy on BACtrack.com Purchases

If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, we'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full purchase price paid, whichever you prefer, within 30 days from the original shipping date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. This return policy only applies to purchases made on BACtrack.com . Purchases made at other websites or stores need to be processed directly by that merchant. We do not accept returns from other merchants (Amazon, Best Buy, Costco etc).

NOTE: If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.

Restocking Fees, Return Shipping Fees, Full Refunds, and Partial Refunds

Full Refunds

If you return an item within the item’s return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, you will receive a full refund to the original form of payment for the items listed below.

If you return an item within the item’s return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, you may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment for the items listed below.

How to Make a Return

Step 1 - REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization) You will receive your return instructions and Return Merchandise Authorization form by email after speaking with one of our customer service team members. There are 3 ways to contact customer service to request an RMA:

STEP 2 - PACK YOUR ITEM

•Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging

•Place the original package into a shipping carton along with a note referencing your RMA number.

•Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

STEP 3 - SHIP YOUR ITEM

•The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.

•We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
