What is the cost of shipping?

A nominal charge of ₹299 is to be applicable on all your orders for packaging & shipping.

NOTE: These charges are calculated based on the subtotal amount on the cart.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

From the time the order is placed, it takes about 4-7 days for the order to reach you.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at hello@thebaeclub.com and we will try our best to resolve the issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

Once your product is dispatched, we will send out the shipping details via email and WhatsApp.

If your delivery location is in Mumbai, the delivery will happen on the same day in a few hours or max by the next day.

If your delivery location is outside of Mumbai, the delivery will happen anywhere between 3-7 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking link will reflect all the details after 24 hrs.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION

What is the return policy for The Bae Club -

Most of our products are eligible for exchange. If the product is eligible for exchange, you can raise the return/replacement request by writing an email to us at hello@thebaeclub.in within 10 days of delivery.

Products must not be worn, altered or washed and must be returned in their original packaging accompanied by their tags. Any products showing any signs of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

How are exchanges/returns processed?

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@thebaeclub.com . If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Once you request to return a product, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will collect the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. Once the pickup is done, your refund will be initiated from our end and you will receive it in your Bae Club Wallet as loyalty points. You can use the amount to make another purchase within 6 months.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order

The Bae Club - reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer which may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled product?

Once the pickup is done, your refund will be initiated from our end and your amount will be credited to the source of your payment.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned product?

We will process the amount to your bae club wallet as loyalty points within 3-5 business days in case of a return.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a different size, please write to us at hello@thebaeclub.com requesting a size exchange within 10 days of receiving the product. For making an informed decision, please refer to the product size guide available on the site. All the garments are true to the dimensions mentioned in the size guide.
