My order didn’t arrive, what do I do?

The first step is to track the package. 2020 shipping times can be unpredictable. You need to make sure the package is lost and not just held up.

If your package is listed as delivered, the next step is to contact the delivery company. They will launch an investigation for you.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
