Delivery Options

•Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days.

•Express Delivery: 1–2 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods (Christmas, Bank Holidays, Strikes, etc.).

•Standard delivery: £2.99

•Express delivery: £4.99

•Free Standard Delivery on orders over £20

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-4 working days. During peak seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Attempts & Safe Places

Delivery is considered complete when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided at checkout. If you have nominated a safe place or alternative recipient, delivery is considered complete when the parcel is left there. If our courier leaves your parcel in a location you did not nominate and it is subsequently lost or damaged, we remain responsible and will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived:

•Wait 7 working days from your dispatch confirmation

Contact us at support@cheersbabyco.com with your:

•Full Name

•Order number

•Delivery address

We will:

•Open an investigation with the courier

•Update you on the progress

Arrange replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost. A parcel is only considered “lost” once the courier completes their investigation.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom mainland only.

We are working hard to expand delivery to the EU, US, and other regions. Sign up to our Cheers Club to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

Our Returns Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

•Unused and in the same condition you received it

•With the tamper-evident hygiene seal fully intact

•In its original packaging

•Free from signs of wear, marks, damage or use

•Returned with proof of purchase

Returns that arrive damaged, opened, used or with missing packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Due to the nature of baby teething products, any item with a broken, opened or removed hygiene seal cannot be returned, except where the product is faulty.

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@cheersbabyco.com with:

•Your full name

•Order number

•Reason for return

•Photos (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the parcel.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at returns@cheersbabyco.com if:

•Your item is damaged

•Your item is defective

•You received the wrong product

We will replace the item or offer a refund once we verify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

•Used items

•Items with the hygiene seal broken or removed

•Digital items (eGift cards)

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest method is:

•Return the item using the process above

•Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item

UK & EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.

To exercise this right:

•The item must remain unused

•The tamper-evident hygiene seal must be intact

•Packaging must be original and intact

•Proof of purchase is required

You may request cancellation by email, live chat, or by using our Model Cancellation Form linked below.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

•Refunds are processed to your original payment method

•Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete processing

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at returns@cheersbabyco.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are safely packaged. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging
