PAYMENTSMODU ApS accepts credit card payments (VISA, VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, American Express), MobilePay, and accelerated checkouts (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), with additional payment options potentially available and displayed at checkout if applicable.

All price currencies are shown based on your geolocation (EUR, GBP, SEK, DKK). Custom duties and local VAT may apply on orders outside EU and are not included in the price.

The payment amount for your order will be reserved on your bank account until your order has been shipped. Payment will be deducted from your account after your order has been shipped. In the case of pre-orders, however, payment may be deducted immediately after purchase.

MODU ApS uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. SSL allows our server to automatically establish a secure connection with your webbrowser. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, and then decoded when it gets to us.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Products purchased and delivered inside the EU are covered with Danish VAT and are subject to no further costs. For products shipped outside the EU, the shipping fee includes all applicable customs, duties, and taxes, meaning no additional charges will be incurred upon delivery.We strive to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday, on the same or the following working day. Estimated delivery times are 1–3 working days within Denmark, 4–10 working days within the EU, and 3–14 working days for non-EU countries, unless otherwise informed. Delivery times in non-EU countries may vary depending on the destination.

Since MODU ApS cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, MODU ApS cannot safely indicate when the goods are delivered at the customer's address. In cases where the requested item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you with information about the further process. As a customer you have the right to cancel the purchase if the entire service is delayed in relation to the agreement. When purchasing through our web shop, shipping prices are added and displayed at the checkout. We reserve the right to choose which shipping method we find best suited to each order. WARRENTY & CLAIMS

MODU ApS offers a limited warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This includes a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and/or manufacturing. If your product appears faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us at hej@modu.dk. We’ll assess the issue and help find a solution.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or other external factors beyond our control.

If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

Please notify us within two months of discovering a defect. If your claim is approved, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us at hej@modu.dk for assistance in retrieving a return label. Items must be returned in appropriate packaging.

Products that are subject to a warranty claim or have been used must be returned to:

Returns sent Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

RIGHT OF CANELLATION

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 100 days of receiving your order. If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the 100 days start from the delivery of the final item.

To exercise your right of cancellation, send an email to hej@modu.dk and clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase. You may not cancel the purchase by simply refusing delivery without also informing us.RETURN PROCESS

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have 100 days to return the item. For help with generating a return label, please contact hej@modu.dk.

You are only liable for any loss in value if the product has been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, features, or functioning. Testing the product as you would in a physical store is fine — using it beyond that may reduce or void your refund.

We recommend returning the product in its original packaging. Missing packaging may lead to a depreciation in value.

REFUNDS

If you cancel your purchase within the 100-day period, and the returned item is in acceptable condition, we will refund your payment (including original shipping costs, unless you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard option). If the item has been used or damaged, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or valid proof of return.
