UPS STANDARD SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped through UPS, but could be through USPS, FedEx, or DHL if a better availability is presented.

We process our shipment as soon as we receive the order. Some of our products are made by manufacturers. Considering the current supply chain and logistics issues, packages may delay to arrive.

FREE SHIPPING

Thousands of items are eligible for free shipping. These items are eligible in all 48 contiguous states within USA.

This is not eligible for Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii or outside USA. Shipping will be charged based on packaging weight and dimensions.

Domestic orders(US): Estimated 5-10 business days. (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

International orders: Estimated 10-20 business days.

Made-To-Order Items: Estimated 3-5 weeks that includes business days only.

At BlueJay Ave., we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety, construction and customer satisfaction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Return/Refund is accepted only for items sold within US. Our return window lasts 30 days. If within 30 days of delivering the item, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Return shipping costs apply, and item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

To be eligible(approve)* for a return and refund,

•Your item must be unused/unassembled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

•To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

•Made-to-order items are not eligible to return.

•Items damaged through normal wear and tear.

•Final sale items cannot be returned.

However if item arrives to you as damaged and defective, we will be happy to assist you and work with you to find a best solutions.

Damage & Defective Items:

We apologize for your inconvenience. Return shipping cost for damaged and defective items are FREE. No restocking fee or any charges. Please send us details at info@bluejayavenue.com and we will be happy to help.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving, return item will be inspected, a confirmation email will be send notifying that we have received the returned item. We will also notify approval* or rejection of the refund. Refund will be processed only for the approved returned item(excluded categories mentioned below), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within next 60 days from the date of receiving the returned item. A store credit will be issued less the return shipping cost for any remorse return.

Remorse return is NOT accepted for the below categories:

Faux plants, Flatware, Greenery, Faux floral, WallPaper, Furniture, Made-to-Order items.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bluejayavenue.com

Sale items: Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Made-to-Order Items:

Made-to-Order items are not eligible to return. If only product arrive damaged, in such case you can return the item. Only merchandise value on the receipt can be refunded. Shipping cost including the return shipping can not be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If needed to exchange for the same item, please contact us at info @ bluejayavenue.com. GIFTS

Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

For returns of items purchased as Gift, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of purchase. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

**In such case return is accepted only after the return notification. A return shipping label will be provided to you.

Remorse Return/Refund:

•Shipping costs for any remorse returned item is non-refundable.

•There may have charges for up to 25% restocking fees for any remorse returned item.

•Credit may be denied for any items that are received as damaged, stained or show any signs of wear.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
