Most in stock orders ship same day, although that does not guarantee that you will receive your order next day. Your order will not ship until after your order has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. EST may not be shipped until the following business day. Please keep in mind that our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays. Tecdale.com will not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Box) USA. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We have a 30-day return policy (except for some products), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrectly shipped.

The seller reserves the right to test and inspect returned items before approving any replacement, repair, or refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at techsupport@tecdale.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Restocking fees on certain opened items

The following items must be returned in their original packaging, and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply only if the original packaging is opened :

•DSLR and mirrorless cameras

•Motherboards

•Graphics Cards

Replacements

To process a replacement request, the originally purchased item must first be returned to our facility for inspection. Once the returned item is received, inspected, and the reported issue is confirmed by our technical team, the replacement unit will be processed and shipped within approximately 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability.

Products eligible for a replacement may only be replaced with the same product. We currently do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements for different products.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at techsupport@tecdale.com.
