Shipping Policy at Cross Stitch Warehouse

All orders from crossstitchwarehouse.com are typically shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS), unless customers have special shipping requests.

Kindly note the following shipping details:

•Orders over $100 within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping, excluding urgent shipping and international items.

•Urgent Shipping for orders within the United States:

•Urgent delivery is available within the contiguous United States for an additional $6.00.

•In-stock items will be delivered within 3 business days of shipment.

International Shipping - Outside the United States

•International shipping fees vary for orders shipped outside the continental United States. Delivery times can range from 3-5 business days up to 21 days, depending on the overseas destination. The international shipping fee and shipping method will be displayed on the mailing label during checkout.

•Please provide your street address if requesting a P.O. box delivery. We may ship items separately due to size or availability, and urgent delivery may not be available for these shipments. Urgent delivery incurs a cost, even if the order is over $100.

International Orders Shipping

•Please check the list of countries we ship to.

•Most products can be shipped internationally. Additionally, please note the following for all orders shipping to addresses outside the United States:

•You will receive an email with available shipping rate options for international orders during the checkout process once your shipping address is entered, giving you the option to cancel your order at that time.

•It is your responsibility to pay all excise, duties, and taxes at the port of entry if required by foreign law.

•Any international orders refused by customers at the time of delivery will be subject to return handling fees.

•All orders are subject to item availability. Rain-check and back-ordered items will be shipped upon arrival.

Shipping to APO/FPO

•All orders shipped to a P.O. box or a military base address (AA, AE, AP) will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

•Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses may take longer, up to 5 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination.

•When entering your shipping address for an APO/FPO delivery, please ensure the following details are correctly provided:

•The country must be "The United States."

•The city must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO."

•The state must be selected as either "Armed Forces America," "Armed Forces Europe," or "Armed Forces Pacific."

•You must enter your zip code.

•Always remember to include your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.

Overseas orders may receive a credit or refund for any excess shipping costs charged at the time of ordering when the items are shipped.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at crossstitchwarehouse@outlook.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at crossstitchwarehouse@outlook.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at crossstitchwarehouse@outlook.com.

We will refund any item the purchaser is not happy with, no quibbles whatsoever if returned to us within 14 days of the USPS delivery date... We will also replace any defective item that is missing any needed components such as damaged fabric, written instructions or missing cotton lengths regardless of which manufacturer produced the design, that is our guarantee to you the purchaser.
