•From November 25th to December 31st (during the Holiday season), processing and shipping times might be longer than normal.

•Normal delivery time is 1-8 days from the date an item was shipped (while most orders get delivered within 2-4 days).

•Once an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed, the package can be refused or returned to us for a full refund.

•We offer free shipping across the continental US, sorry Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, and Puerto Rico, we love you just as much! It’s just that shipping to you costs a small fortune. 💛 So we need you to chip in using our discounted shipping rates.

Since 2022, we have offered carbon-neutral free shipping on all orders and transitioned to chlorine-free EARTH PACT® natural 100% sugarcane paper for our packing slips. We have mostly eliminated single-use plastics in our office, using compostable utensils, cups, and plates, filtered tap water, and reusable bottles. Every choice reflects a simple truth: small, consistent actions lead to real, lasting change. But we know there is always more to do.

Now, we are raising the bar.Our mission to achieve near-carbon neutrality is a critical part of our broader vision for a healthier planet. We are actively reducing our carbon footprint, not just offsetting it, because being part of this matters. Our efforts align with Shopify’s Climate Action Plan, which sets an ambitious timeline to achieve full carbon neutrality by 2040.

In the short term, we are targeting a 50% reduction in our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, which are tied to direct energy use, over the next five years. To further contribute, we are investing in renewable energy projects and carbon removal initiatives through Shopify’s broader sustainability programs.

Shopify’s Climate Action Plan aims to reduce over 600,000 tons of CO₂e annually by 2026, the equivalent of taking 130,000 cars off the road for a year. Travellty is proud to be a part of this global effort by doing our part and supporting initiatives that scale real climate solutions.

If you decide that the product isn't for you, you can return it any time within 30 days of your purchase if the product is in brand new condition (unused and in its original packaging). We can't accept returns of even lightly used products. We offer discounted shipping labels on all returns on everything. Please contact us right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise.

We're happy to help you return your item. Here are two ways to send it back:

Easy Return Label: We can provide a discounted pre-paid return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Your Own Label: You can use your preferred shipping method, but you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Ship your return to: Travellty Returns, 1363 NW 155th Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33169.

Ineligible products

•Used items. excluding returns for product defects, refunds will not be issued if an item is returned to us damaged, used, or in an unsuitable condition, all tags and packaging must be intact. If a return is refused, you will have 10 days to provide a written notice to reclaim the items by providing us with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to you.

•Our return policy does not apply if the usability is restricted by improper use, faulty operation, or external forces (particularly flight or transport damage, e.g., deformation, cracks, body breakages, scratches, wear, etc.). We recommend inspecting your product immediately after retrieval from transport handling and filing a claim with the responsible party.

•We cannot accept mailed returns of certain products containing hazardous materials, such as powered coolers and portable generators. These items can be returned in person to our warehouse or through a shipping professional who can meet the required shipping conditions. Any return restrictions will be noted on the product page.

•We cannot facilitate any returns or rerouting of packages - orders with an incorrect address may be considered lost.

•Due to the nature of high shipping costs for shipping bulky items abroad, we cannot issue returns for international customers unless there is a product defect, in which case we will send a replacement.

Sale items and Final Sale items. Sale items and regularly priced items may be returned. FINAL SALE items are yours to keep.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so ensure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! Please note that all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding on to your original packaging through the trial period.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, ensure that you get a trackable proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we can locate the item (it is not always possible) and you'd like it returned, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you return an item within 30 days of being delivered, or available for collection by you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will fully refund you through the original payment method or store credit, and you'll be notified by email.

If your product was delivered to us more than 3-5 days ago and you didn't receive an email about your refund, check your bank account or credit card; it might already be there. If you did receive the email but not the refund, wait 3-5 business days and then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Buyer's remorse returns including but not limited to no longer needed, accidental order, better price available, didn't like material or color, item too small or too large will have the return shipping cost deducted.

Returns can be sent back to us using a return label provided by us, the amount will be deducted from your refund, or you can use your own label if you prefer.

Exchanges

To get your desired product as quickly as possible, simply return the original item following our instructions and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you secure the new item before it sells out while your return is being processed.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, so if you initially selected expedited shipping or any other shipping service besides our free shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

•Pre-order items' payment is made at checkout as a regular item.

•Due to the nature of pre-order items' nature, we don't accept cancellations.

•Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive, but we cannot estimate or guarantee a specific shipping date.

•Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms and conditions.
