Order Tracking:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will email you tracking information when your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Cancellations & Refunds:

•Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with:

How to Return an Item

1. Request a Return: Email us at info@mygametables.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Prepare Your Package: We will provide return instructions. A prepaid return label will be issued if the reason for return isDefective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items. However if the reason for return is a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. Ship Your Return: Send the item back following the instructions provided.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:Return shipping is free of charge.

All Other Returns (e.g. change of mind):Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

•Returned items are inspected upon receipt.

•Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
