Shipping Details

We process and fulfill orders Monday - Friday. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours of ordering.

For fastest and most reliable shipping choose our UPS option at checkout.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.

If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our reshipment along with providing an updated address.

Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit please email us at ariane.shop.byari@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

We hope that you love your purchase from By Ari Boutique. However we do understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. We will gladly accept a return for store credit if you're not happy with your purchase. Please note that you must make sure your return meets our criteria below.

Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges.

Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Options are UPS or USPS.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
