Standard Domestic Shipping

We keep it free and simple. Most standard orders ship within 3 business days of order date (excluding weekends and holidays). We use FedEx, USPS Priority, or regional carriers for quick and reliable delivery. Most standard ground shipments arrive within 8 days from order. Weekend delivery is not available (excludes US territories).

International Shipping

At KURU, we’re on a mission to heel the world, so we’re delighted to offer international shipping!

International orders ship via USPS or FedEx Mail Innovations. International shipments typically take 7–10 business days to arrive.

There are some countries we are unable to ship to. If your country appears in the drop-down list when entering your shipping address, we can ship to you!

We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to our international customers. By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is less likely to be stopped at customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.

Due to international customs and duties, we are unable to offer free exchanges on any international orders. Any and all return or exchange shipping fees are the recipient's responsibility. Customs fees and duties are not refundable.

At KURU, we know that finding the right fit is the first step toward healthier feet.

That’s why we offer free, 45-day returns and exchanges to KURU customers in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) when returned in original condition and through Happy Returns (no label needed, just drop off your box). No hassle, no restocking fees. Find the nearest Happy Returns location to get started.

We recommend adding 60-Day Returns & Shipping Protection at checkout to protect your order and enjoy an extended return window.

For our Canadian customers, we also offer free returns by providing shipping labels.

Our return policy includes a full refund of the original purchase price for items returned in new condition . It’s our 45-day fit guarantee.

Please note that items labeled as "Final Sale" and/or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return / refund. This includes Gift Cards & Accessories.

All other forms of returns are subject to a $6 shipping and restocking fee.

We keep it simple and fast. All orders shipped within the US ship FREE via standard ground service. (FedEx/USPS for Domestic, USPS for HI and AK)

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

•Returns or exchanges must be made within 45 days of the original order date.

•Shoes must be in new or original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

•Each order is limited to two total exchanges.

•Must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on your exchange for tracking purposes.

•Extra credit offered for exchanges that are not used will not be included in refund.

•All Final Sale items are not subject to returns or exchanges. This includes Gift Cards & Accessories such as SPARC 2.0 Socks, KURU SHIELD Shoe Protector Spray, T-shirts, Hats and Care & Cleaning Kits.

•Please note Returns or Exchanges not shipped 28 days after placing the request will be canceled.

•For international orders, we do not refund international duties, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT). Due to varying international postage rules and regulations, shipping costs both ways for returns and exchanges on International, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Want to know when your order will be delivered? We ship from two warehouse locations, Utah and Kentucky. Generally, we will ship your order from the nearest warehouse that contains your items.

With our FREE ground shipping most US orders are delivered within 3-5 business days if not sooner. Pretty neat!

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after order receipt from either our Kentucky or Utah warehouse.

Days We Process Orders

We process orders most business days except major holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas day and New Year's day. Those days, we will be celebrating with our friends and loved ones, as we hope you will as well!

If you are shipping to either Alaska or Hawaii or US Territories, your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to these States or Territories.
