Quick Ship items will typically arrive within 1 week of purchase. All other items will arrive within 2-6 weeks of purchase. Our team will reach out to confirm your delivery dates within 48 hours of your purchase.
Pick up and install dates are scheduled in accordance with our installation and collection team for their next available date. If there is a change of an install or collection date by you, a $300 fee will be charged for each occurrence. This fee included the date change as well as storage fees.
Returns:
Within 30 days of purchase, all items are eligible for exchange or store credit minus a 30% restocking fee. If you notice that any items are damaged on the day of install, they are eligible for an exchange with no restocking fee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not offer refunds or returns on rental items or staging/model units.
