Shipping Policy Update Notice

Due to recent changes in international tariff policies, we are making adjustments to our shipping process. Please read the following important information regarding the potential impact on your orders and the measures we are taking:

1. Shipping Method Adjustment

Starting April 15th , all orders will be automatically switched to air or sea freight. The estimated delivery time will be 15-25 days . If you need expedited shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. Expedited shipping fees or potential tariff costs may apply.

2. Tariff Fees

If you choose express shipping and pay for the shipping fees, you will be responsible for any tariff fees that may arise during customs clearance .

If you choose air or sea freight , we will cover the tariff fees on your behalf, so you won’t need to pay any additional charges related to tariffs.

3. Customs Delays

Even with express shipping, there may be delays due to customs processing. As customs clearance may be impacted by policy changes, delivery times could be longer than usual. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order.

4. Order Adjustments

For orders placed before April 15th that may not be delivered on time via express shipping, we will automatically switch these orders to air or sea freight. Delivery times will be extended, and we appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for shopping with Hermanlamps. We are committed to providing premium lighting products and exceptional customer service. Please read the following information carefully to understand how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders Not Yet Shipped:

•Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund.

•Orders canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee of the order total will apply.

Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered: Cancellations will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

2. Return Policy

Return Window: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. We have return processing centers only in the United States and China, so all returns must be sent to one of those designated addresses.

Note: Custom-made products and light bulbs are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions

Defects or Shipping Damage: If your product arrives with a manufacturer defect or is damaged in transit, we offer a 100% refund, including return shipping. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or videos for validation.

Personal Reasons: If you return a product for reasons such as incorrect size or change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued after inspection, minus the shipping cost.

Non-returnable Customized Options：Slope-ceiling adapters, extended rods/chains, non-standard sizes/finishes.

Damaged on Arrival：Report within 7 days with photos/videos; we replace parts or full fixture and cover return shipping if a pickup is required.

3. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order. Custom-made products are not eligible for exchange.

5. Custom Orders

Orders for custom-made items cannot be canceled once confirmed and entered into production.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email support@hermanlamps.com or reply to your order confirmation email with:

•The name and quantity of item(s) to return

•Reason for return

•Preferred resolution: refund, exchange, or store credit

Return Authorization: Wait for our customer service team to send you the approved return address and instructions. Important: Do not ship to unauthorized addresses. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if sent to the wrong location.

Prepare the Package: Ensure items are unused and packed in their original packaging with all components included.

Ship the Package: Take photos of the item and packaging (inside and outside) before shipping. Return shipping is at your expense unless there is a quality issue. Use a trackable method and consider purchasing shipping insurance.

Quality-Related Returns: If approved, we will reimburse your return shipping. Email the shipping receipt and tracking number to support@hermanlamps.com .
