Dispatch Time Orders are typically dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed at the start of the week. Our warehouse is in Leighton Buzzard.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping - Royal Mail Tracked 48* : £3.99 or free on orders over £60. Typically delivered within 2 days after dispatch. Express Shipping - Royal Mail Tracked 24* : £9.00 or free on orders over £135. Typically delivered within 1 day after dispatch.

Country and regional areas may experience slower delivery times compared to metropolitan areas.

For all refunds — both new and used condition — it’s a product refund less the return postage cost

•We do not refund any original postage costs if you purchased 1 pair or Express Shipping.

How to return your order

•Enter your order number and email on the form and follow the prompts.

•Once you’ve completed the form, simply print out the label and attach it to your parcel.

•As soon as we receive your order at the warehouse, we’ll process the exchange, store credit or refund.

Warranty

All Archies Footwear products purchased from our official online store or authorized retailers are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults .

Our warranty does not cover external damage to the footwear such as cuts, scrapes, dog bites, or cat scratches.

We require the following:

•The affected pair needs to be returned to us

•Proof of purchase or your order number

•Photographs of the issue and the size stamp underneath the pair
