Orders over £60 qualify for free delivery. £5 for orders under £60. Estimated delivery time from order placed is typically 2-4 working days. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 HR delivery.

•Orders made before 12 pm are typically processed on the same day (working days)

•Please allow 0-24 hours for handling time after the order is processed.

•Orders are not processed at weekends.

•Once an order has been dispatched allow 2-4 working days for delivery unless it is next day delivery which is on next working day (orders not processed at weekends)

Please note, there are sometimes Royal Mail delays which are outside of our control and which we do not have visibility on. We can't control the exact details of how Royal Mail deliver a parcel or if there are local operational issues but we will always ensure the parcel reaches you or refund you in full

£25 delivery charge. Estimated delivery time 10-15 working days.

Any customs duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer, other than those specified above for the EU IOSS Scheme. Orders under 150 EUR / 135 GBP.

We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of an order for payment verification and other reasons. You will be contacted if there is a delay to dispatching your order.

Perfume and nail polish are considered dangerous goods and can only be dispatched by specialist courier services which involves higher delivery cost.

On occasion there may be a supplementary delivery charge for certain locations or larger items. We reserve the right to request this supplementary charge before dispatching the order.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from receipt of goods. If more than 14 days have elapsed since you received the goods we will not be able to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable or Intimate goods cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase/order number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless this has been agreed with LA GENT.

For refunds/exchanges please follow the following steps:

1. Email us at info@la-gent.com with your reason for the return/exchange.

2. We will issue you with a return number and the address to ship to.

3. Send by recorded delivery to stated address.

4. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or your item exchanged.

We will not issue an exchange or refund if merchandise show signs of use or damage.

We do not take responsibility for items until we receive them and we strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

Please note costs incurred in returning and exchanging will be met by the customer.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days of returning your goods, first check your bank account/credit card again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: address provided upon email enquiry.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible until we receive your returned item.
