Window: 30 days from delivery.

Condition: Unopened for brand-new items; used tech must be in the condition supplied with all accessories.

Exclusions: Hygiene items, consumables, and damage/misuse not covered.

Fees: Brand-new items opened and returned as unwanted incur a 10% handling charge.

Outcomes

•If the return is approved, you’ll receive instructions or a prepaid return label (where applicable).

•Once we have received and inspected the item, we will first assess whether the issue can be repaired. If the item is repairable, we will proceed with the repair and return it to you. If the item cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement where stock is available. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in line with warranty terms and applicable consumer law.

•If the item is returned in a different condition than described, additional review may be required.
