When will my order ship?

At RAMORA Australia, we ship daily from our HQ in Bilinga, Queensland. Orders placed before 1PM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day!!!

All orders that contain 'pre order' and 'in stock' items will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you will need to place a separate order, as shipping costs must to be covered. Please order carefully, as we do not split orders once they have been placed.

You will receive a tracking email with carrier information and an estimated arrival date once your order has shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order? Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations may be made to the order. We Fulful orders super fast - If you contact us immediately upon realising youve made a mistake on the order we can sometimes rectify before fulfilment but we cannot guarantee!

Please be mindful when purchasing online as colours may vary from screen to product purchased. If you are unsure about the colour of a certain product, please contact our Customer Care team at info@ramora.com.au and we will be happy to help.

For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, there will be a charged a fee of $12 for repacking and postage.

PRE-SALE ITEMS What is the shipping time for pre-sale items? Pre-sale items are items that are not currently in stock in our warehouses but that can still be ordered on the RAMORA website. Items labeled "pre-sale" on the RAMORA website are items that we generally expect to be in stock and ready to ship within 30-45 days. Please understand that when you place an order for a pre-sale item that shipping timeframe estimates should be calculated as follows: The pre-sale product lead time (listed on the product page of each pre-sale item) PLUS the estimated delivery times listed above for Australia and US orders.

If there are any supply chain issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order in which case, a full refund will be issued immediately.

Do I pay customs duties and taxes for my international order?

USA Orders 🇺🇸 – Now Shipped DDP

To ensure a smoother experience and faster delivery, all U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) — which means we cover the import duties upfront so you don’t get hit with customs fees on arrival.

🧾 You may notice prices are slightly higher for U.S. customers — that’s because we’ve included these mandatory import tariffs in your total.We don’t make a single cent more — it all goes straight to your government 😔

Non USA International Orders All orders outside of Australia will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Duties, VAT and taxes may be payable upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include: The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia.

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.

In the event that import taxes and duties are not paid on arrival at the destination country and the shipment is refused by the receiver, the seller will request the freight carrier to return the goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the purchaser will receive a refund of the item/s less any return freight costs incurred.

We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is still in as-new condition.

INTERNATIONAL - return postage must be paid by the customer

Returns after 7 days To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@ramora.com.au . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the an address provided to you via email.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (Australia Only), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@ramora.com.au .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ramora.com.au.
