Order Confirmation

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place an order, you’ll get an confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order and have an authorized payment from you to begin processing.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to properly accept and confirm your order before sending it off to be packed and prepared for shipment. If for any reason it will take longer than expected to ship your order, we will call & or email you immediately.

Handling Time: Once confirmed, your order will be packed and prepared to ship out from the warehouse. The handling time on your order depends on the size, weight, and shipping method. The specific handling time for each vendor and product is listed on their respective product pages.

Shipping & Transit

Small or lightweight Items: These are shipped via standard carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. These generally ship much quicker and do not always require a signature at delivery.

Heavy or Bulky Items: Large pieces of equipment, multi-item orders, or anything that is at risk of being damaged by a standard carrier, will be delivered via Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers to your curbside unless specified otherwise by a Select Fitness representative.

Leaving the Warehouse: In-stock items are picked and packed by a team of people at the warehouse and shipped out in chronological order of how they came in. Busy seasons are subject to slightly alter the processing time.

Tracking Number: Right before or after your shipment is picked up by the freight carrier truck, your order is assigned a tracking number and Bill of Lading number. Once assigned and scheduled for shipment from the warehouse, we will send you the tracking number in a shipment confirmation email so you can follow along and prepare as needed.

Delivery Time: Once picked up and in transit on it's way to your local freight terminal, the transit time can vary depending on the length of the trip. You can generally expect the items to arrive in your area within 1 to 7 business days after they have departed from the warehouse. Delays and stalled shipments happen occasionally, though not on a normal basis.

Delivery Appointment: For freight shipping, once the shipment is in your area, the carrier will call you to set roughly a 4-hour delivery appointment window or time when you can be available to sign the Bill of Lading. You must be present to receive the delivery, or you may incur redelivery fees.

Delivery: For facilities with a loading dock, the truck driver will pull right up to the dock and unload the pallet(s). If you don’t have a loading dock, your item will be lowered off the truck using a lift gate and delivered to your curbside or nearest safe place to drop off the pallet.

What To Do When Your Item(s) Arrive:

Curbside Delivery: The driver will leave your item on a pallet at your curbside.

Inspect Before Signing: Please inspect the boxes and pallets meticulously for any damage before signing the delivery receipt. If there's any damage, or potential damage, mark “DAMAGED, NEEDS REVIEW” on the sheet you sign at delivery. Then, immediately take photos or videos and email them to us at info@SelectFitnessUSA.com .

Unpack and Check: Open the boxes, inspect your items, and check for missing or damaged parts within 2-3 business days. Report any issues to us within this period to ensure prompt and effective support.

Extreme Damage: In rare cases, if your shipment visibly displays severe, irreparable damage or crucial components inside appear structurally broken, document the extent of the damage with photos/videos and then refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at info@SelectFitnessUSA.com .

Assembly: Freight drivers will not bring your equipment indoors, into your garage, or assemble it. Be prepared to move heavy boxes to your desired room of usage. If you order an assembly service with us, contact us to set up the assembly service at this time if you have not already.

Additional Services

Threshold Delivery: If absolutely needed, we can arrange for a delivery of your shipment into the nearest possible safe, dry place, on your property as opposed to a street level curbside delivery.

Professional Assembly: We offer professional assembly services. Get a quote if you’re interested before ordering, or if needed for an item that's already been delivered.

Storage Fees and Missed Deliveries.

If you can’t receive the order upon arrival, you might incur storage or additional shipping fees. Inform us before ordering or ASAP if you need to schedule delivery for a specific date.

Should you fail to answer to the freight companies contact attempts or not be present at the time of drop-off, you will incur those fees.

Cancellations

Any order placed with Select Fitness USA can be canceled free of charge as long as the order has not shipped from the warehouse, or been assigned tracking information.

If your order has been assigned tracking information, the order absolutely can not be canceled.

Instead, you will be required to go through the return process explained in detail below. If your desired item is on pre-order status or back-ordered, you may cancel free of charge before the restock and shipment unless communicated to you otherwise.

Product Quality Guarantee:

Select Fitness USA works with each order individually to ensure that the quality of the product is nothing less than brand new and in excellent condition.

If your item is damaged in transit, we will file a claim for you and replace your item free of charge or give you a full refund.

The same applies if the item is faulty or malfunctioning after assembly and initial use. All purchased items come with a manufacturer's warranty so you can request product labor, replacement, or a full refund.

31-Day General Return policy:

Returns based on customer remorse will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis due to the nature of the items being transacted.

-The return must be initiated within 31 days of the package arriving.

-The product must be in the original packaging, in brand-new condition, and never used or assembled.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email returns@SelectFitnessUSA.com with the following info.

-Order Number

-Date of Delivery

-Reason for return

-Assuming the item is not used or damaged and is in the original condition and packaging, we will provide a shipping quote which the customer will be responsible for paying.

-If you accept the quote, we will send you the return shipping label, and you will assume responsibility for getting the product ready to ship.

-Once the items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method you used when placing your order.

*Notice*

If the returned item is incomplete to the manufacturer’s standards or is not in brand new condition, we, Select Fitness USA, hold the right to provide only partial credit based on the manufacturer’s and our discretion.

Damages:

You must be present for the package delivery, whether by standard ground shipping via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL freight shipping.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) in great detail when they arrive.

If you notice any damage or missing parcels, you should note it when you sign the BOL (Bill of Landing) for freight deliveries or report damages to the ground shipping carrier within seven days. Take as many photos and videos as possible to make the process easy. Please send photos and videos to returns@selectfitnessusa.com, and we will process an insurance claim for you to the manufacturer.
