We are able to use this method of shipping only for very thin items such as one or two swim diapers, covers, wet bags, inserts, or if you are ordering one diaper and don't mind it being opened and laid flat (not all diapers are thin enough to do this).

No insurance or tracking is offered when items are shipped by Lettermail, so please be aware that in the extremely rare occurrence that something is damaged or lost Lagoon Baby cannot be held responsible.

Maple Ridge Pick Up:*Select Local Pick Up as your shipping option. The Local Pick Up option will become available once you fill in your shipping information with a BC shipping address during Checkout. To pick up your order please stop by our storefront located at 22770 Lougheed Hwy. Allow 1 business day for processing. Orders can be picked up during the following times: Monday to Saturday 10:00-5:00pm. Closed Statutory Holidays.

USA: $12.99 Flat Rate on all orders*. We will ship the most economical option via USPS, in some cases no tracking or insurance will be provided. If you wish to ensure your package has tracking and insurance please select CA Post Shipping Rates, Display Rates and choose Tracked Packet or Expedited (exact shipping rates will apply). If any taxes, duty or customs fees are associated with an item it will be the responsibility of the buyer. *When choosing our Flat Rate Shipping option of $12.99, please be aware that in the rare occurrence that something is damaged or lost Lagoon Baby cannot be held responsible. Once your order is shipped, depending on method chosen, it will take approximately 4-8 business days to arrive.

•Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase on unworn, unwashed, unopened products. In-store exchanges can be made within 45 days with proof of purchase.

•All actual shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser, including what was paid by us to ship the item(s) to you.

•No returns/exchanges will be accepted on sale items or skin products, such as soaps and creams.

•No returns/exchanges will be accepted on Wraps or Ring Slings.

•No returns/exchanges will be accepted on Baby Banz Ear Protection.

•No returns/exchanges will be accepted on So Luxury products.

•No returns/exchange on strollers, carseats, or stroller and carseat accessories.

•No returns/exchanges will be accepted on items marked "Clearance" or purchased during a sale period.

•Ju-Ju-Be products: If you received a Gift with Purchase with your Ju-Ju-Be return item you will be required to return your free gift or we will deduct the retail value from your refund.

•If you returning or exchanging products that you received our Free Shipping Over $125 promotion and your order totals falls below the Free Shipping Over $125 threshold the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your Refund/Exchange Credit.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
